If you know me, you will probably know that I am very into gym and working out lately (more about Working out and Diet here!).  I never really believed in the magic of workouts.  But ever since I started my workout journey, I’ve been feeling really healthy and great.  I love working out but to be honest it’s not always Motivated Day.  There are days when I just wanna sleep in and let fat grow on me.

That’s when a nice Activewear set come in place.  Trust me, a nice gym outfit doesn’t only make you look great in gym mirrors, it makes you feel great too.  You feel motivated, you feel strong, you feel like working harder.  Other than the traditional Adidas / Nike / Reebok, here’s some other gymwear brands you cannot afford to miss out!

#1 Traditional Sports Bra Set

My all-time favourite choice of sports wear - easy, chic and unique.  Trust me, the last situation you’d like to be in is wearing the same thing in the gym.  This set from Varley is a lil at the pricy price, but it makes sure you look fitter than you actually are.  The sweat-free texture and cutting (note the threading in the top and hip area) makes sure the fabric hug perfectly around your flesh, hold your thighs together, keep your boobs together and lift your butt up.  Seriously, what more can you ask for?

#2 2-in-1 bra tops

If you feel too naked with just a sports bra, then a 2-in-1 bra top will be your best gym mate.  A 2-in-1 comes in handy, comfy and effortless.  The half-open back is what initially sold me.  It’s sexy, a healthy kinda sexiness and perfect for girls who have nice backline.

#3 Running shorts

I personally prefer pants instead of shorts simply because I don’t have nice long legs.  But I have to say shorts are better when it comes to outdoor running.  Don’t miss those side splits out, they are the key to a cheeky bum (shhh, that’s my secret)!

I don’t dress casual to gym, I dress well.  You never know if you’re gonna bump into your best man there.  The better I dress, the harder I work at the gym, so why not?

See you at the gym!
