It’s July.  It’s summer which means it’s also internship time.  To be honest, I am already quite lucky to have another extra summer since most people of my age would have started work last year.  So yes, I have been busy with several internships again.  Yet, quite different this time, I am not working in a law firm, but something different, something more fun.  So for people who have started working or who have been spending their summer with really un-cool interns, here’s some cool work outfit ideas for you.  Just so you have that one thing you can engage in.

#1 Feeling a bit lacey

We all have those moments when we are feeling a bit lacey and sexy, but you can’t really expose too much of your flesh in the office.  Here you are, a lacey bralette on the most basic shirt.  A lacey bralette is no longer only an intimate, but something you can layer with, so why not?

#2 Grab the most basic thing

Yes, the same white shirt, but off you go the lacey bralette and replace it with an uneven skirt.  If you ask me what an office must-have will be, a nice white shirt for sure.  A nice, structured, clean, creaseless, fit, white shirt that shows your taste, your personality as well as  attitude.  That’s how important a white shirt can be.

#3 Spice it up with the long jacket

Mm-hmm, how can you forget a special jacket / blazer at work?  If you know me, I have that obsession for blazers, especially the long ones.  I simply love how feminine you look with the very manly item.  I wouldn’t say this one is practicable, but this is for sure one of the signature piece.  So again, why not?

One question I get asked most is how I get time to dress up when I am already busy.  For me, dressing up is part of my life like eating and sleeping.  Of course, I do have the cbb time like how I cbb to eat or how I only swallow junks and wear shoes that don’t match at all.  But dressing up is definitely a big part of my life and I don’t spare time to dress up cos I just have to.  No excuse to be lazy, my fair ladies.

Feeling a bit la[ce]y today?  Then just grab the most basic thing and spice it up with the long jacket!

Shop the looks!
