(Typing this is killing me, somehow. It's when memories can warm you from the inside, but kill you at the same time. I've been missing this so much. Missing Z even more, much more...)
Continuing from our previous post, here’s Day 4-7 of our Seoul trip. We moved to the Solaria hotel located right at the heart of Myeong Dong. If you asked for our opinion, both of us prefered the first AirBnB apartment since it’s more spaced-out and photogenic, plus the area’s less crowded and commercial compared to Myeong Dong. Meanwhile, the Solaria hotel is very new and has a great location (most importantly! it has a big BATH TUB). To be completely fair, they’re actually equally good. Just that hotels will be a lil bit more expensive, so it’s up to you.

Day 4: Ehwa Womans University - Hongdae
Ehwa Womans University
Address: 52 Ewhayeodae-gil, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul
Unis in Korea are so “Korean”. So different from the ones in the UK and Sydney.
Hongdae gets more crowded as night time kicks in. K-pop vibes in the air. One thing I realised is that there were cheesy couples literally everywhere.
aA Design Museum
Address: 408–11 Seogyo-dong, Seoul
Took us a while to find this, but it's worth it.
Day 5: Siwhadam
Insadong describes the cultural side of South Korea. Came here to celebrate our 51months together hehe<3. Have to admit I'm totally fascinated by the pretty cuisines. Too pretty to be edible.
It started raining so we headed back to our hotel to chill before we went out for dinner again.
Day 6: Hongdae - N Seoul Tower
Another day hanging around Hongdae cafes. Definitely one of my favourite places to hangout in. Really enjoys the atmosphere there.

People here are so nice and friendly.
Our last night in Seoul
Outside Lotte Department Store
My must-go spot for this trip - N Seoul Tower! If you have followed me for a while now, you’ll know I LOVEEE the sky. And night views from skyscrapers are something I can never miss. As always, N Seoul Tower does not fail to impress me. Another observation deck checked.
PS. We argued on our way here. Luckily we made up later, otherwise Z was planning to leave me alone with that. Would be such a waste not coming together. Just a slip, just a slip...
N Seoul Tower
Address: 105 Namsangongwon-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul
How to go: (i) By cable car (ii) By Bus from Myeong Dong Exit 4
Day 7: Myeong Dong - Incheon Airport
Shopping came first on our last day of Seoul. Things are comparatively cheaper here than in HK. Especially for clothes and food, you can always grab a hand of goodies if you have time to dig into them.
Last lunch at the popular MyeongDong congee place
Have to mention about this new fav of mine. I fell in love with this fur clutch at my first sight in Another A (Common Ground). And I love it so much that I forgot to hold Z's hand which made Z so pissed LOL.
Yeh, you can definitely tell how happy I was when I saw Z pissed LOL.
STAY CLOSE, MY HONEYBEE.
A 7-day-getaway is more than luxurious for both of us. 24-7 cuddling, getting onto the wrong subway, rushing for the last train, sharing calories and warmth. Everything's awesome and is definitely going into our Best Memories Album (tried to make one, but we didn't have the time and my polaroid broke down for no reason). Never mind, all memories are right here in my mind now.
Already anticipating for our next #FollowDearPostmanTo trip! Support us so that our next trip can happen soon (or convince Z to come with me)!
This photo has meant more than anything for us. Thanks for sparing these 7days to travel with me. We've been talking about this for so long and we are finally here. I know life's hard (and I'm hard to handle), but thanks for bearing with me still. A 7-days 24-7 in somewhere, not known by anyone, not focusing on our phones, feels extra intimate. Have no idea when the next trip will be, but I promise, I'll wait. I'll wait, as always.
PS. Miss you so much.
Bye Seoul, you will be missed.
