Back to fashion, I have this problem all the time. Everyone knows I love swimwear and I collect them. I buy new ones(ssss) every year but (poor thing!) never get to wear them enough. To be honest, some of them have only been worn once and then they get replaced. Or sometimes I will miss summer so much that I will take them out, wear them and only walk around my room. A big MORNING to everyone of you. A regular body clock is also really important to losing weight - so wake up early and sleep early to keep fats away. To be honest, weight loss has always always been one of my biggest struggles - and I believe it applies to many girls too. So I have always wanted to do something like that but have only been able to do it now because I wanna make sure it's healthy, happy and positive. Only by loving your body will it starts to work the way you want. Weight loss is not about torturing yourself, but loving it, caring for it.

I am 22, and I started my weight-loss journey since 14. I am 160cm, currently weigh 100lb (BMI = 17.6). You would be thinking: how on earth do I have to lose weight? But trust me, I used to be famous for my big thighs, unproportionally-swollen lower body, fat hips. Over the past 8years, I had tried every single method on earth just to see my weight go down. Day 11 of My Summer - Except for travelling, I couldn't name a better way than Cafehopping to enjoy my summer. Cafehopping is literally what I do whenever I have time in Hong Kong. And to be fair, even if I am travelling, every now and then I will crave for my caffeine. It's okay not everyone likes coffee, but if you do, you will know what I mean, bro. What's a better way to enjoy a holiday? Travelling, of course. I believe some of you would have read my Tokyo lookbook already, if you haven't, it's the time now (link here). It's my 7th(?) time to Japan, yet my first time to Tokyo. Surprise, huh? Or to be accurate, I've been to Tokyo, but only for a day in Disneyland.
