Hello, October. Time really flies, can you believe it's October already? I always love October, simply because it's my birthday month and it just feels like the beginning of all the year end activities, Christmas, parties, winter, New Year, you name it. Usually this time of the year is a little less hot (?!) but like, summer seems a little reluctant to leave us now. Back to fashion, I have this problem all the time. Everyone knows I love swimwear and I collect them. I buy new ones(ssss) every year but (poor thing!) never get to wear them enough. To be honest, some of them have only been worn once and then they get replaced. Or sometimes I will miss summer so much that I will take them out, wear them and only walk around my room. A big MORNING to everyone of you. A regular body clock is also really important to losing weight - so wake up early and sleep early to keep fats away. To be honest, weight loss has always always been one of my biggest struggles - and I believe it applies to many girls too. So I have always wanted to do something like that but have only been able to do it now because I wanna make sure it's healthy, happy and positive. Only by loving your body will it starts to work the way you want. Weight loss is not about torturing yourself, but loving it, caring for it.
